As a company 3D and CNC strive to produce your visions in 3D reality. We use cutting edge technology and old school knowhow to produce precise and innovative solutions for your needs.

We invest in the latest equipment and am able to produce everything from small intricate batch runs of parts to large format one off pieces, our flexibility is enabled by the best in hardware, able to print up to 800mm x 800mm x 1000mm.

Our mission is to provide a flexible, creative and cost effective and approachable service to our clients.

We work with designers and craftsmen that are used to this process but we also realise that this field ls is new to a lot of people and wed more than happy to guide clients through processes that will give them e the best results for their individual projects.

3D and CNC evolved out of a commission received by founder artist, photographer and cabinet maker Chip. Specialist equipment was required to complete the project and a love for 3D printing, laser cutting, design and precision cutting of components was borne along with building a team of talented 3D Artists and specialist finishers. Collaboration is at the core of our business and we're delighted to offer our expertise to new and existing clients.

We get great satisfaction from working with artists, designers, makers and the public to realise their dreams and designs.

We offer batch and large scale FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling) in a range of materials including ABS, ASA, PLA, PET-G, TPE, TPU, PC, Nylon, CPE in Dimensions up to a giant 800mm x 800mm x 100mm.

​Resin 3D printing up to 16K resolution and 353mm x 196mm x 350mm dimension capability.

​

We offer fibreglass and silicone mould making services for casting resins, plasters and Jesmondite. 

 

CNC Routing componets out of solid wood, MDF, Moisture Resistant MDF, Fire rated MDF, Medite MDF, Melomine, Ply, Birch Ply, Corian and Velcromat.

 

Hand finishing service and specialist paint inc Gel Coating, holographic flake and custom colour spraying and clear coating.
